Moreover, your heart is also healthy. On the other hand, when you stop taking carbs in your daily diet, your body uses your body fat for energy. In fasting, you can take veggies, but make sure you do not take salt with them.

The main factor is water. When you are drinking a lot of water, your body flushes toxic components from the body, which is called detox.

For example, when you are drinking lemon with warm water then it detoxes your body. And you can reduce body weight. But you do not drink a lot of lemon water. If you are doing this then you have a problem that is weak enamel.

This is the strongest part of your body. But lemon makes it weak. And the solution is that you can use a straw for drinking lemon water. You need to focus on your enamel, do not contact lemon daily.

These are some benefits of fasting. But it has a lot of side effects. Weakness, low blood sugar, fatigue, etc. These are the common side effects.

For example, when you do not eat carbs and other things then you do not have enough energy. But when you do it every week, your body goes through this schedule. Then, you can overcome your side effects.

Fasting Benefits

Weight Loss:

It is very effective if you want to lose weight. Then, you can achieve your goal rapidly. On the other hand, if you are overweight, you can also lose weight.

But you do not continue it for a long time. If you are doing it for a long time, you may have a weakness.

Moreover, if you are not overweight then you can also do fasting. But you need to take fruits and some veggies. When you are doing this then you can not lose your muscles. Make sure when you are eating fruits that these are not high sugar.

If you overeat fruits, then you will be gaining weight. You need to control your hunger the whole day.

Low Diseases:

You have lower chances of disease. When you are not eating bad food then you have not a disease like overweight, breathing problems, etc.

And many problems occur when you are overweight. So you do not have high blood pressure. Moreover, your metabolism is also increased. When you are eating after your fast, then, your body digests it immediately.

Eating Dead Cells:

When you do not provide your body for eating, then your body eats your body fat. On the other hand, the body makes many cells daily, and dead cells also.

Then the body eats your dead cells. So it helps to keep away from cancer, tumors, etc. These are nothing but growing dead cells rapidly. And the growth of other cells is slow.

So if you are a bodybuilder and any fitness athlete then you must have a fasting habit. If you are not able to do this then you can half a day of fasting.

Side Effects

Weakness:

When you are not taking enough calories then you feel weak. But do not worry. You can take veggies at this time. But when fasting, we do not eat anything.

So if you are not able to control your hunger then you can take fruits. On the other hand, you can boil veggies and eat them. But you do not add salt to the veggies.

Low Energy:

It is very common. When you stop taking protein, carbs, fat, etc. Then your body is shocked then your body demands calories. And you are not providing any food.

Then, your body uses body fat. At this time, you can not go for the workout. If you are doing a workout when you have fasting afterward you are losing your muscles as well as fat.

Reduced Strength:

It is not a permanent side effect. But when you start eating then your strength will be back. But on fasting days you have very low strength.

Here, you need to maintain your muscles. If you have lost your muscle after that you have a long impact on your strength.

Low Blood Sugar:

It means when you are taking simple carbs then they increase your blood sugar rapidly. But when you are not taking carbs then you have low blood sugar.

If you feel a headache and vomiting then you need to eat something. Like sweet fruit that increases your blood sugar.

Anemia:

This is an exception side effect. When you have a low level of blood amount in your body. Then you are fasting, then you have anemia.

Because your body needs food to maintain your blood level in your body. If you are not giving enough food and nutrition then you may have big trouble.

Who Can’t Do This

If you are a patient then you must avoid fasting. The reason is that your immune system is not working properly. When you are fasting then your immune system is also weak.

On the other hand, if you are a patient with diabetes then you can not do this. Further, it decreases your blood sugar level. The other person is that when you have a single-digit fat percentage.

For example, if you have 8% body fat, then you can not do fasting. If you are doing this, then your body converts some of your fat into energy. Then, there is one problem: you may have internal bleeding. These causes take your life.

If you are a gym person, then you do this within the limit because your body needs many vitamins and minerals. When you start fasting, your body is deficient in vitamins and minerals.

Right Timing

It depends on person to person. If you are an athlete then you can do this for half-day only. And if you have any type of disease, then I suggest you avoid fasting.

You do not need this. Further, if you want to fast, then you first need to consult with your doctor. If you do not have a serious problem, then you can continue this process.

If you are a normal person then you can fast for the whole day. And you can control your hunger.

On the other hand, a normal person can do fasting. But you can not do it every day. If you are doing it every day then you may have problems regarding your heart and blood sugar.
