Oily foods are high in bad cholesterol. When you are eating highly oily food daily, your body raises LDL levels.

For example, when you are eating deep-fried meat, it is very tasty. But it is not healthy for everyone.

Further, it contains high calories. When you are eating a piece of fried chicken, you are taking in at least 200 calories, but it depends on the size of the chicken or meat.

Fast Food

For example, when you consume fast food in high amounts, you have a heart attack, stroke, diabetes, etc.

On the other hand, if you are taking it daily, you can put on unhealthy weight and body fat. Moreover, you have very low testosterone levels in your body.

Sweets
